Vaibhav Devkisan Gagrani

I am originally from Malegaon, Maharashtra, and came to the USA in 2006 for higher studies. I presently reside in Malvern, Pennsylvania. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune; a Master of Science (MS) in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University in Virginia; and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with dual specialization in Strategic Management and Finance from Villanova University, Pennsylvania.

I have been running a family business and working as Corporate Director of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) at a Fortune 200 organization. I am a credentialed Energy and Sustainability executive (PE, CEM, LEED AP, CC-P, PGD Steam Engineering) with 20+ years of success developing and implementing enterprise-wide ESG strategies to manage risks and opportunities in ever-changing market conditions. I am passionate about conserving energy and resources to improve sustainability and enhance profits while managing multimillion-dollar corporate budgets. I have been invited multiple times as a Speaker at World Energy Conferences and was honored with a distinguished “Legend in Energy” designation for valuable contribution to the Energy Efficiency industry.

I am married to Sau. Bhavana Gagrani (daughter of Shri Bharatji Madanlalji Tapadia, Malegaon), MS in Computer Science and MBA from Villanova University. Blessed with beautiful children – Om, Jai, Vibha and Narayan!

My inspiration for serving the Maheshwari community comes from my Dadaji – Shri Nathulalji Shankarlalji Gagrani – who has laid the foundation of various community organizations such as Rajasthani Mandal (Founder and First President), Rajasthani Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, and Maheshwari Bhavan at Malegaon. My Mother – Sau. Pushpaji Devkisanji Gagrani – who led various positions such as President and secretary of Maheshwari Mahila Mandal and Mahila Bhajani Mandal at Malegaon, is also my inspiration. Being a proud member of Maheshwari Yuva Manch, I am obliged to the entire Maheshwari and Rajasthani community at Malegaon for providing a robust ecosystem and rooting solid cultural values in me since my childhood. Continuing this legacy, I am the Founder and VP of Philadelphia Rajasthani Mandal and have been serving the local Rajasthani community. I have been associated with the MMNA Northeast Chapter since 2010. I am passionate about our rich cultural heritage & values and aim to bring and keep our Maheshwari community in the USA together!
