I am from Hyderabad, graduated from BITS, Pilani, and moved to the US in 1992. I earned my Master’s in Technology Management from Wharton Business School and Penn Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania and my Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Maryland.
I am the VP for Enterprise Global Trade and Supply Chain Network Strategy at Johnson & Johnson. During my 25-year career at J&J, I had the opportunity to work across all businesses of the company - Consumer, Pharmaceuticals, and Medical Devices in areas of strategy, portfolio management, R&D, and supply chain. I also serve as the Co-Chair of the South Asian Professional Network, an Employee Resource group at J&J.
I am married to Nirmala Heda (from Solapur), and we have 2 boys – Pratham (21), a senior at Babson College, and Anish (18), a senior in high school. We live in Newtown, Pennsylvania and have attended 4 previous MMNA Convention conventions. I also had the pleasure of attending two global Maheshwari conventions in India (Bhilwara and Jodhpur) as an invited speaker on Healthcare topics. We are greatly looking forward to MMNA Convention’24.
